Luis Young (a.k.a. Lewis Young on Instagram) provides his followers with lots of drool-inducing shots, but he also has some fun ones where he does standing back flips and cartwheels.

Gymnastics aside, like most social media fitness models, Young also helps others reach their muscular goals by offering coaching sessions and free advice on YouTube. He's currently getting people together to join him on a health retreat in Bali in October.

If it were the '90s, we bet Young would be an action movie star like Jean-Claude Van Damme in "Hard Target." Young is so ripped, no bad guy in a cheesy movie stands a chance.
