Sara Gilbert Pregnant With Linda Perry's Baby

Hold onto your hats, fans of "The Talk." Actress Sara Gilbert announced that she is pregnant with her first child with rock star/music producer wife Linda Perry of 4 Non Blondes.

The "Roseanne" star revealed the news on Tuesday's episode of "The Talk," during the "Facing Your Fears" segment. The 39-year-old actor explained why she couldn't complete her dare of lying on a bed of nails and having a cinder block broken over her stomach.

"Before we go I just want to say I'm actually not going to do the dare. I really do believe in facing your fears and doing things that make you uncomfortable, but I actually can't do the dare because I'm pregnant," Gilbert said, fighting back tears, as E! Online reports.

Her co-hosts Julie Chen, Sharon Osbourne, Aisha Tyler and Sheryl Underwood screamed and jumped around upon hearing the news, while Gilbert just said she had been "really tired" but was now feeling "good, I feel really good!"

"We're having a baby at 'The Talk.' I feel like all five of us are giving birth," declared moderator Julie Chen as the five women cheered and Tyler swept the petite star off her feet, as reported in the UK Daily Mail.

CBS New reports she married 49-year-old Perry this past March. The two have been together since 2011. Perry was in the audience to support Gilbert's announcement, and Tweeted, "I'm at @TheTalk_CBS watching my wife @THEsaragilbert and she is sooooo beautiful so smart."

The former child star came out as lesbian in 2010. Gilbert has two children (a 9-year-old son, Levi, and a 7-year-old daughter, Sawyer) from a previous relationship with Allison Alder.
