A report by ABC News published Thursday details the background story of Frazier Glenn Miller Jr., the white supremacist and former Ku Klux Klan leader who was arrested on April 13 after the Overland Park Jewish Community Center shooting in Overland Park, Kan. The report reveals he was once arrested in the back seat of a car, in "mid-act with a black male prostitute masquerading as a woman."
The allegations came to light after Miller, who was charged this month with one county of capital murder and one count of first-degree murder and is expected to face federal hate crime charges, was a fugitive in the 1980s after his white supremacy group called a "Declaration of War" on minorities. After he was apprehended by authorities, he was a witness against the members of the group and officials began digging into Miller's history.
Authorities discovered that police from Raleigh, N.C. caught Miller having sex with a black male prostitute.
"It was pretty shocking because of his personal stances that he had taken and what he was now accused on engaging in," former federal prosecutor J. Douglas McCullough, now a judge on the North Carolina state court of appeals, told ABC News.
Though he refused to comment on the specifics of the incident, he said the details are "rather salacious. I think the facts speak for themselves and people can draw their own conclusions about how incongruous that is."
Miller, however, was not charged in connection with the prostitution arrest and ABC News reports there is no public record of the incident. But in a recorded phone call with the Southern Poverty Law Center last fall, Miller says he lured the male prostitute to the meeting with the intention of attacking him.
A recent Raw Story article has more details about the 2013 phone call, where Miller, now 73, is asked about the "black transvestite." Miller reportedly brags that he has a "violent history of going around picking up niggers and beating the hell out of 'em, particularly nigger faggots."
The Raw Story article explores Miller's possible involvement of the unsolved 1987 murders of three men at a gay adult bookstore in North Carolina. You can read that article here.
