Pedro Almodovar's latest movie is a two-hander about female friendship starring Tilda Swinton and Julianne Moore. Even so, hot actor and model Alvise Rigo stands out in his brief role as a personal trainer Moore's character works out with - and Gay Twitter has taken notice.

"In case you were wondering if Almodóvar found a way to include one of the hottest men you've ever seen in THE ROOM NEXT DOOR, a movie with two actresses and virtually no side characters... the answer is yes!!!" posted an X account labeled as belonging to screenwriter Sam Herbst.

Some had not wondered at all, having already come to appreciate the actor's presence in the movie.

"i'm glad i'm not the only one who was genuinely caught off guard by how hot the personal trainer was in the one scene he was in," one person responded. "it's like that lifeguard in barbie who's insanely hot but there for 5 seconds".

"When he showed up, I was like OH!" another replied, while a third added: "and they put him in a gym....praise be".

A fourth simply declared: "I'm in love with Alvise!!!!😍"

The stunning actor and model has worked with top designer brands like Armani and Guess. A former pro rugby player, Rigo was born and raised in Venice, Italy. His film credits include a more sizable role in Ferzan Özpetek's 2023 gay romantic drama "Nuovo Olimpio," about two men, Enea (Damiano Gavino) and Pietro (Andrea Di Luigi), who meet at a movie theater and fall in love. After some hot hookups, the two lose touch thanks to spasms of street violence rocking the country. Decades pass and they each embark on new careers and new romantic adventures before they eventually reconnect.

Rigo plays Antonio, Enea's long-term male partner. And once again, Rigo was a standout: EDGE's review of the film declared Rigo "destined to become a breakout hunk..."
