Gay porn star Jessie Colter claims he was kicked out of a water park in Louisville, Ky., Monday, called "queer" by a police officer and threatened with arrest all because he was wearing hot red speedos, according to Queer Fever.

Colter says he was threatened with arrest and was called "queer" by a Louisville Metro Police Department officer while he was at Kentucky Kingdom water park.

"He informed me that several Public Safety Officers from the park had warned [me], which is 100 percent false," Colter said, according to Queer Fever. Colter added it was a PSO who initially approved of the his swimming attire.

The police officer asked him to leave the water park or be arrested, according to the porn actor. Colter decided to avoid the chance of being arrested and leave.

Colter has not filed a complaint yet but wants to get the word out about the incident. He's taken to his (NSFW) Twitter and urged Louisville's ABC-affiliate station WHAS to tell his story.

"Tweet @WHAS11 to help get my story out about being threatened with arrest for wearing brief trunks 2 water park & being called queer by LMPD," Colter tweeted to his 79,800 fans on July 7.

He also tweeted the same day: "@KentuckyKingdom threatened to arrested me for wearing these swimmers and the LMPD officer called me queer! Not cool."

As Queer Fever points out, Kentucky Kingdom mentions a dress code on their FAQ page, which says park officials can determine whether a guest is dressed inappropriately.

"Guests must wear shirts and shoes at all times while at Kentucky Kingdom, except when inside the Hurricane Bay water park," the site reads. "Proper swimming attire is required at Hurricane Bay. For their own safety, guests may not swim in cut-offs or other clothing with rivets, zippers, or buckles. Kentucky Kingdom is a family-friendly theme park and reserves the right to determine whether a guest's attire is appropriate."

Queer Fever also reports that a woman named Jenna Franch claims she witnessed the incident and tweeted about it:

"Today I witnessed a man get kicked out of Kentucky Kingdom for wearing a Speedo. Society needs to calm tf down."

Colter also tweeted support from his Twitter followers, some even urged him to hire an attorney.

Officials from Kentucky Kingdom have yet to respond to Colter's allegations.

According to Al's Gay Porn Stars, Colter debuted in the porn industry in 2011. He reportedly comes from Kentucky and got his break after working as a stripper and being recruited via Facebook by Brain Mills of the gay porn studio Titan.
