On Friday, My TropiXXX presented another one of their famous fashion shows, this time at Village Pub and entitled, Barcode Berlin, with their models provided by Swinging Richards. The event was a benefit for Latinos Salud and once again was a success. Also on Friday night the Gay Men's Chorus of South Florida held their next themed concert entitled "Believe, Wishes Can Come True" at the Sunshine Cathedral.
On Saturday was the annual Stonewall Summer pride Parade and Festival, and although Mother Nature was not cooperating during the day, right before the parade started the rain went away, and the crowds came out, and it was a fantastic parade, and the crowds stayed all night packing all the bars and clubs to the wee hours of the morning. A special shout out to Lillie McCloud, of the X Factor fame who not only was such a nice person, but turned her performance out and in my opinion was the best performance of the festival!
In Miami, the MDGLCC held their annual gala, this year entitled the Emerald Gala and once again was sold out. Congrats to Steve and Jorge for always putting on a fantastic event!
