Lobster ME Introduces Three New Decadent Lobster Roll Flavors

Las Vegas, NV - After delighting the crustacean-starved palates of thousands of guests, Lobster ME has expanded their lineup of World's Best Lobster Rolls to include three new mind-blowing flavors.

Continuing the tradition started by the Original "Maine Style" Roll, each features a heaping portion of real Maine Lobster served in a toasted, New England-style split-top bun. A Large World's Best Lobster Roll has the same amount of meat that would be found in a 1 1/4 lb Maine Lobster; an XL has the same amount of meat that would be found in a 2lb Maine Lobster!

The Lobster BLT combines two of our favorite meats: Lobster and Bacon. Rich, applewood-smoked bacon joins juicy red tomatoes and crisp lettuce for a imaginative revision of the traditional surf-and-turf.

The Cajun asks a simple questions: Why should Crawfish have all the fun? Cajun spices, seasoned mayo and spicy butter bring the bayou straight to Maine.

The Diablo takes the classic Italian heat of a Lobster Fra Diavolo and attempts to contain it in the rich goodness of our toasted, New England-Style split-top bun. Available in spicy and 'boil-you-in-your-shell' spicy, the Diablo roll is served warm.

These delicious rolls join other tasty lobster concoctions, like the Lobster Grilled Cheese, the Lobster Mac & Cheese, and the Lobsicle: a 5oz Maine Lobster Tail, lightly tempura battered and served on a stick. Guests are able to complement their scrumptious seafaring sustenance with bottled and draft beers, mixed drinks, and Lobster ME's famous Lobster Ice Cream.

Lobster ME, LEV Restaurant Group's newest fast-casual concept to make waves on the Las Vegas strip, is the result of an obsession with traditional New England cuisine and the search for the world's best lobster roll. The warm rustic space located in the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, is reminiscent of New England dockside stands and features artifacts drawn from the nautical and lobstering trade. The quick-service restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open 365 days a year.

The LEV Restaurant Group is a management group founded by Jeffrey Fine in 2001 as a vehicle to create, develop and operate innovative Food & Beverage concepts that offer consumers an affordable and approachable casual dining experience. The Las Vegas-based company is the exclusive area developer for Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Jamba Juice, operating 35 units collectively in the Las Vegas Valley with further projections for growth, and also operates the i?burgers concept at The Shoppes at The Palazzo and Town Square Las Vegas.

Their two most recent ventures, Lobster ME in the Miracle Mile Shops at the Planet Hollywood Casino and Resort and The Daily Kitchen & Wellness Bar add to their expanding portfolio of premier dining experiences.
